Favorite Blog Posts of 2015

December 16, 2015

Last last week, I shared with you Outfit Picture Outtakes of 2015 and today I’m sharing with you my favorite posts of 2015. The year is wrapping up! This is the last week I’ll be blogging for 2015. Friday is my last blog post of the year. Is that CAH-RAZY or what?

As a Type A personality, I tend to get caught up in my work so much that I forget to take a step back and tell myself, “Good job.” I’m always thinking about reaching higher, doing more, setting goals and doing bigger things. The end of the year is a great time to look back and reflect on past work, adventures, milestones and other projects. And man oh man was 2015 a REALLY BIG year for me. It’s especially interesting that the majority of all my projects culminated into the month of November. I have to say, in the least conceited way possible and without trying to sound like a jerk (although why do we have to worry about sounding like jerks for praising ourselves? Is self-hatred the only way we can be ‘real’ and taken seriously?), I’m proud of myself and what I’ve done. I look back at everything I’ve worked on this past year and think to myself, “Goodness gracious how in the WORLD did I do all of this and stay alive?!”

I’m most eager (and let’s be real: anxious) for 2016 to launch the Kickstarter campaign and ecommerce site for Drifter Organics. And of course I’m working on creatively directing and modeling in photo shoots for the blog. And creating visual content in general.

I’ll talk more about my specific goals for 2016 in a blog post next month. I actually think it’s kind of silly to wait for a specific date (namely January 1st) to put your goals into action. However, there’s a lot of resolution talk going on during this time of the year, so when in Rome… 😉

Without further ado, here are my favorite blog posts of 2015:
